Shipping Policy

Standard shipping for every single order is a min 14 business day delivery (Business days Mon- Sat) excluding Holidays & virus delays
Some (not all) orders will be shipped or delivered faster than 14 business days, depending on where the item is located
Shipping is mandatory as a first option, deliveries are a second option if requested, and within the LA/OC area at an additional fee for gas & time
Delivery is available at an additional fee based on location, contact for this option
Pick-up is available upon request, contact JM ahead of time
Shipping is usually done through USPS standard 2day or 5day with NO additional service unless requested
You can request signature confirmation, or package insurance before shipping through making contact
With USPS being our main shipping service, we also will use DHL, FEDEX, UPS, CANADA POST, etc
I will TRACK some orders myself for my client, & some packages will come with tracking 1-2days after purchase, every client will be updated with info on where there package is
All orders will come in mailers, or standard boxes

NO RETURNS, all sales, once SOLD, & paid for, cannot be returned /All sales final
Exchanges, are only permitted if request is accepted by the store owner

Complaining about service or product will be analyzed and investigated properly
We keep track of all communication before and after each order with each client for proof purpose
If you have a valid claim, justice will be served
